Tiramisu Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp oil
- Beat until creamy
- 50 g flour
- 25 g cornstarch
- Mix in until smooth
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) in a convection oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For the Cream:
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
- Mix until smooth, then add 50 ml eggnog
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cappuccino powder
- Beat until the cream is firm.
Instructions
Spread a layer of cream over the baked sponge cake. Dip the ladyfingers in coffee and a splash of rum, then layer them over the cream. Spread the remaining cream over the ladyfingers. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving. Use a 26 cm baking pan. Enjoy this heavenly treat!
